So after finding Balay’s first name (Robert), thanks to Worldcat.org, I was able to ascertain that there is indeed no in-house copy at the UW because Balay’s guide has been superceded by the online Guide to Reference. So now looms the next questions: Does the UW have the National Union Catalog, or is that online now, too?
